MiLC will use this facility only when there are enough students to fill this house. Four students staying here will be £400 - £425 per student per month - this is great value for such a luxurious dwelling.

"Seacote" has a disabled persons bedroom and bathroom.

All properties have fully fitted kitchens and include integrated washing machines and tumble driers, microwaves and fan ovens with variable grills.

All have outside rotary clothes driers, and sheds for cycle and general storage. All have off street parking for two or more vehicles.

All garden areas are fenced and gated. Shared equipment includes a large mobile BBQ, child?s cot and high chair.

All bed linen and towels are included in the weekly rental, as is the cost of gas and electricity.

Dogs are welcome but please let us know beforehand, and guests who wish to smoke are requested to do so outside.

4) Iolaire, Sand Street

1 house = £2,400 per month

3 rooms (2 double bedrooms and a kingsize room)

Capacity = 5 people (£480 per student per month)

MiLC can only rent out the house and not rooms, therefore the house capacity has to be filled.
